In a Dog's World

I have a beautiful dog. Beautiful both inside and outside. I am lucky that she doesn't bark unless we both are threatened. Then she gets very loud, like a grizzly in heat.

I say she's beautiful on the inside, and tell her so, because she has an immense heart that wants to let me and everyone she knows how important they are. She loves to hug me and lick my wounds, telling me everything is going to be all right. I tell her that she's the one who has the most generous spirit I have ever known. And to please find a Dad she likes.

She took that order seriously and brought seven men to my door. She wanted all of them. I said,"I only want one."

We now live together in bliss, the three of us.
